Outcomes answer the question “So what?

“What difference does the program make for participants, individuals, groups, families, and the community?”

For each of the examples shown, think of some possible outcomes. Write one or two possible outcomes in the space provided. Writing the answers down often helps people think more carefully. Then check to see some of our answers. Yours may be the same, or different. There is no right or wrong.
